Bijou (Ritz Version)

A refined gin-led cocktail inspired by the Ritz-style Bijou, with Alba Gin, Blood Orange Liqueur and dry vermouth.

Ingredients

50ml Alba Gin
20ml Blood Orange Liqueur or Orange Curaçao
20ml Dry vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters
Maraschino cherry, to garnish

Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry on a pick.

Serve chilled in a Nick and Nora glass for a refined, spirit-forward serve.
