Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing crisdean@loosespirits.info

Returns Window

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging
• Returns must be sent back within the stated return period

Return Postage

• The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned safely
• We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit during return
