Ingredients
35ml Alba Gin
15ml Lemon juice
10ml Sugar syrup
15ml Dark Cherry Liqueur
Lemon wheel, to garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the Dark Cherry Liqueur to a shaker and shake well. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice to the top and pour over the Dark Cherry Liqueur. Garnish with a lemonwheel.
Serving Suggestion
Pour the Dark Cherry Liqueur last to create a layered bramble effect.
