35ml Dark Cherry Liqueur
Cava, champagne or prosecco, to top
Fresh cherry, to garnish
Instructions
Add the Dark Cherry Liqueur and fresh cherry to a champagne flute. Slowly pour in the cava or sparkling wine. The cherry should float and help create a colour gradient.
Serving Suggestion
Cava is preferred, but champagne or prosecco also work beautifully.
