25ml Añejo Tequila
20ml Dark Cherry Liqueur
20ml Aperol
20ml Lemon juice
10ml Mezcal
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the mezcal to a Boston shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice, then float the mezcal on top.
Serving Suggestion
Best served as a bold evening cocktail with smoky and citrus notes.
