Ingredients

40ml Alba Gin
10ml Blood Orange Liqueur
35ml Watermelon juice
25ml Lemon juice
Mint sprig, to garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice and shake. Strain over crushed ice into a Collins glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
