Smoke a Nick and Nora glass by toasting the rosemary on a ceramic coaster with a blowtorch. Once smoking well, cover with the glass without tipping the rosemary inside. Add the remaining ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice and shake. Carefully turn over the glass, retaining as much smoke as possible, then double strain in the cocktail and serve immediately.
